damn i take long to write! last time i wrote here i was workin at infratec, a company i (THANK GOD)no longer work for
I am concentrating on 3D Art right now, and got my Internship at PIXOMONDO for next semester! Now i have to finish project 2 from last year, and start my new animation for the electives of this year! I am so busy I dont know where to start!

Here it is, the final Project for Audio-Visual Design 2 in the Summer Semester of 2007. I first wanted to do an abstract 3D Sound Video, but then I fortunately decided to do a video with my then 10-11month old daughter Miliana. It was not easy filming, and cutting the images to the sound even more difficult. It was hard work but I think it paid off, and I can’t wait to show her the video when she’s older!Each image is in sync with the sound so try to feel the rythm ;p

Trip to Space and Sound

This was our first exercise in the Audio Visual Design Course I did in beginning of this year. The sound was given to us by our Professor, which we had to create visuals for. I was clueless until I discovered an old video I made when recording the TV while pointing the Video Camera in its Direction. The camera sees the TV, which shows what the camera records, a TV, which goes on to create infinite patterns of light. I made them fit somehow to the weird sound I was given. Check it out!

ok so i finally am doing something here! long time it has taken me!
now that im working at infratec (www.infratec-ag.de) as a photographer and graphic designer, im much more motivated to continue all my projects since taking product pictures and cutting them out all day long gets boring quickly!!! so i have started my new sites… www.ianclemmer.com – www.phizikl.com and www.baby-pixel.com …..
ianclemmer is my professional portfolio site, phizikl is my personal blogsite, here i post all the news on my current life, what projects im working on, what thoughts i got on my mind! anything really!
and baby-pixel is for the child and baby photography i will be doing in the future!
Im at work now, so i should continue working!

ps: my brother and i are also working on globalmindflow.net – it will be a spiritual and critical thought platform with weekly updates!

Robot Flight!

Here is my winter semester project in the 3d class i took. We had to create an environment and camera animation.
I initially took way toooo long to create my robot, which took about 3 weeks, when i realized that the environment
was the most important thing to do!
so in the last 5 weeks before deadline i was workin on the environment and animating the robot (extremely difficult!)
staying up late at night till 3 or 4 almost every night!
I had to work even faster because then I realized how long it takes to render these images!!!
anyways, here is a low-rez flash video and you can download a better quatliy .mov. Enjoy! Feedback is welcome and greatly appreciated!

DAYSHIFT

This is another Warmup I did with Freddy and Chris, this time’s topic being DAYSHIFT. We got film permission for the Trainstation in Frankfurt so we decided to take a look at the work people do there during the day. This is a great short documentary, with hilarious and depressing interviews! Definately worth seeing! Have fun! (all Interviews in German)

This was a warmup exercise for our Final Project I did with Chris and Freddy. The topic was NIGHTSHIFT and we decided to capture the mood of STREETCARS at night and tried to interview their drivers. Some very nice images and sounds so check it out! Leave your comments!

Here it is, the project I worked on with Freddy first year of studies. Assignment was to make an interactive application with background, foreground and middleground.
We decided to show the relations of phi through an intro animation and pictures to show the golden proportion found everywhere!
